For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. It is ordered that the name of the applicant in European patent application No. 92 303 280.9 be corrected to that of Raul Chirife (Pirevano 137, 1840 Martinez, Buenos Aires, Argentina).
3. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is rejected.
