3.5. Therefore, in the Board's judgement, the subject matter of claim 1 involves an inventive step within the meaning of Article 56 EPC. ORDER
For these reasons it is decided:

2. The case is remitted to the department of the first instance with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the documents as specified under item IV above.
