Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die erste Instanz mit der Anordnung zurückverwiesen, das Patent mit den Ansprüchen Nr. 1 - 8 des Hauptantrags vom 8.1.2020, eingereicht während der mündlichen Verhandlung vom 8. Januar 2020, aufrechtzuerhalten.
