ENTSCHEIDUNGSFORMEL
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Sache wird an die erste Instanz mit der Auflage zurückverwiesen, das europäische Patent 0 076 497 in geändertem Umfang mit folgenden Unterlagen aufrechtzuerhalten:
- Patentansprüche 1 bis 10 gemäß Hauptantrag, eingereicht in der mündlichen Verhandlung vom 23. Oktober 1990;
- eine noch an an die Patentansprüche anzupassende Beschreibung;
- Zeichnung: Blatt 1/11 bis 11/11, gemäß erteiltem Patent.
