ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent in amended form on the basis of the request made by the Respondent in the oral proceedings of 21 September 1993, i.e. on the basis of Claims 1 to 6 as presented in the oral proceedings and on the basis of a description and drawings to be adapted.
