For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent according to the Appellant's request (see paragraph V above), with correction of the clerical errors in Claims 1 and 2, i.e. in the form indicated in paragraph III above.
