ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance for further prosecution on the basis of the main request, filed as first auxiliary request with the fax letter dated 13. June 2001, or on the basis of auxiliary requests 1 to 7, corresponding to auxiliary requests 2 to 8 as filed with the fax letter of 13 June 2001.
