Thus, the subject-matter of claim 1 of the patent in suit as amended involves an inventive step with regard to the prior art as disclosed in documents S3 and S4 and therefore meets the requirements of Article 56 EPC. The subject-matter of claims 2 to 10 similarly involves an inventive step. ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
