5.2.  Admissibility

The admissibility of a request for re‑establishment of rights is assessed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the UPR, any relevant UPC case law or, in the absence of such, as well as the established practice of the EPO based on the case law of the EPO boards of appeal on Art. 122 EPC and Rule 136 EPC.
