5.2.3.  Form

The request for re‑establishment of rights must be filed in writing. The omitted act must be completed within the time limit for filing the request for re‑establishment of rights. In the case of a request for re‑establishment of rights in respect of the time limit for requesting unitary effect, the omitted act that must be performed is the filing of the request for unitary effect (see 2.12.3).
