Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 22 January 1986 concerning the recording of certain information in the Register of European Patents

Further to the Notice published in OJ 11/1983 (p. 458), it is hereby decided under Rule 92(2) EPC that the following entries will be made in the Register of European Patents1:

1. Date of despatch of supplementary European search report;

2. Date of despatch of first examination report;

3. Date of receipt of request for re-establishment of rights;

4. Refusal of request for re-establishment of rights;

5. Family name, given names and address of the place of business of the opponent's representative;

6. Consolidation of two applications (cf. Legal Advice No. 10/81, OJ 9/1981, p.349 et seq.):

• closure of the procedure through consolidation with (application and publication Nos.) by decision of (date), and
• consolidation with (application and publication Nos.) by decision of (date);

7. New documents coming to light after the European search report has been drawn up.

Entries 5 to 7 above already appear in the Register of European Patents;

entries 1 to 4 will do so with effect from 19 February 1986.
