Notice of the President of the European Patent Office dated 30 July 1986 concerning the recording of certain information in the Register of European Patents
Further to the Notice published in OJ 2/1986 (p.61), it is hereby decided under Rule 92(2) EPC that the following entries will be made in the Register of European Patents for international applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for which the European Patent Office acts as designated Office1:
1. the international filing number
2. the international publication number
3. the international publication date.
This information will be recorded from 1 October 1986.
