New fee rates
By the above-mentioned Grand-Ducal Regulation of 17 November 1997 the fees for patents have been amended.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Luxembourg are advised that from 1 January 1998 the following rates apply:
1. Filing of European patent applications in Luxembourg:
Transmittal fee: LUF/BEF 800
2. Filing of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
LUF/BEF 600

Updating of the information brochure “National law relating to the EPC”
Users of the EPO information brochure ”National law relating to the EPC” (10th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables II, column 5, III.B, columns 2 and 9, VI, columns 1 and 3, VII, column 2, and IX, column 4.
