New fee rates

By Sovereign Ordinance No. 13.449 of 12 May 19981 the fees for patents have been amended.

Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Monaco are advised that from 1 September 1998 the following rates apply:

1. Renewal fees:

unchanged

2. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:

FRF 270 national filing fee,

FRF 105 priority fee for the second and any additional priority

3. Registering a transfer, licences and other rights:

FRF 105 per entry

Updating of the information brochure "National law relating to the EPC"

Users of the EPO information brochure "National law relating to the EPC" (10th edition) are asked to make the appropriate amendments to the amounts of fees shown in Tables  VII, column 2, and IX, column 4.
