    New fee rates

    The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that the patent fees in Turkey have been changed. With reference to our publication in OJ EPO 2002, 558, applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are therefore advised that the following rates apply as from 1 January 2003:

    1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: TRL  242 000 000

    2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC: TRL 363 000 000

    3. Fee for extending the period for filing the Turkish translation of the patent specification: TRL 122 000 000
