New fee rates
The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that the patent fees in Turkey have been changed. With reference to our publication in OJ EPO 2001, 354, applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are therefore advised that the following rates apply with immediate effect:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: TRL 151 000 000
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC: TRL 227 000 000
