New amounts of fees
The Turkish Patent Institute has informed us that some patent fees in Turkey have been changed1. Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Turkey are advised that from 1 January 2008 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC:
TRY 315 (unchanged)
2. Publication of translations of the patent specification under Article 65 EPC:

Filing fee: TRY 25 (unchanged); the filing fee is increased according to the number of priorities.
Fee reduction for online filing: TRY 10

Users of this brochure (13th edition) should amend Tables III.B, column 2, IV, column 3, VI, column 1 and VII, column 2 accordingly.
