    Disciplinary matters

    Appointment of members of the Disciplinary Board of the European Patent Office

    1. Under Article 9 of the Regulation on discipline for professional representatives (OJ EPO 1978, 91 ff), the President of the European Patent Office has reappointed the following four legally qualified members of the European Patent Office as members of the Disciplinary Board for three-year terms:

    Mr Robert Cramer with effect from 22 May 2009

    Mr Christoph Matthies with effect from 1 February 2010

    Mr Eskil Waage with effect from 1 January 2010

    Mr Herman Zaaiman with effect from 1 March 2010

    2. The Board thus comprises six legally qualified members of the European Patent Office, namely Messrs Christian Haugg (chairman), Robert Cramer, Sten Harck, Christoph Matthies, Eskil Waage and Herman Zaimann, and four members of the Institute of Professional Representatives, namely Messrs James Boff, Walter Dabringhaus, Bo Hammer Jensen and Georges Leherte.
