New fee amounts
Article VI of the amending law to the Federal Law on Patent Office Fees published on 16 December 2009 in part I, issue No. 126/20091 of the Austrian Federal Law Gazette (Bundesgesetzblatt) introduces amendments to certain fees payable to the Austrian Patent Office.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Austria are advised that from 1 January 2010, the following rates apply:

Amendments to the "National law relating to the EPC" brochure
Users of this EPO brochure (14th edition) should amend Table VI (column 1), and Table VII (column 2) accordingly.
