Notice from the European Patent Office dated 10 March 2010 concerning updated Form 1001 (Request for Grant) and Form 1200 (Entry into the European phase)
Administrative Council decisions CA/D 2/09 and CA/D 3/09 of 25 March 2009 amending the Implementing Regulations to the European Patent Convention (see OJ EPO 2009, 481, and OJ EPO 2009, 533, paragraph 5.2) have given rise to changes to the Request for Grant form (EPA/EPO/OEB 1001 07.09) and the Entry into the European phase form (EPA/EPO/OEB 1200 04.09).
The notes on Forms 1001 (version 04.09) and 1200 (version 04.09) have also been amended accordingly.
