Official Journal – DVD archive
Enclosed with this issue of the Official Journal is a DVD containing the updated archive (1978 to 2009).
To improve the archive's searchability, this DVD incorporates new functions allowing any OJ article, from the January 1978 issue onwards, to be accessed individually via "contents" and on the basis of its title or the year/issue/page number. The articles are also presented in HTML as well as PDF format wherever appropriate and technically feasible. Standardised navigation will help users find texts quickly, again via their title or year/issue/page number. During 2010 the EPO also plans to make all OJ texts (1978 to the latest available) searchable on its website at www.epo.org/patents/law/legal-texts/journal.html.
