Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office
August 2010 sees the publication of the revised and expanded sixth edition of "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office", the comprehensive report on EPO board of appeal decisions.
The report, updated to the end of December 2009, is to be issued in the three official languages of the EPO. The English, French and German versions each cost EUR 72 (including postage and packing). If all three versions are purchased at the same time, the total price is reduced to EUR 177 (including postage and packing).
Orders should be sent to the sub-office in Vienna, which is responsible for the distribution of publications www.secure.epo.org/products/books. The attached order form may be used for this purpose.
