New fee rates
The Luxembourg Intellectual Property Office has informed us that by Grand-Ducal Decree of 30 December 20101 some patent fees have been changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Luxembourg are advised that from 1 January 2011 the following rates apply:
1. Publication or correction of translations of the claims pursuant to Article 67(3) EPC: EUR 14 (unchanged)

3. Conversion of European patent applications or patents into national patent applications or patents:
Filing fee (EUR 20) and the renewal fee(s) due on the date of receipt of the request for conversion;
the publication fee has been cancelled.
4. Fee for registering a transfer, licence or other rights: EUR 7 per patent (unchanged)

Users of this brochure (14th edition) should amend Tables VI, columns 1 and 3, and VII, column 2, accordingly.
