Special edition of the Official Journal - "Case Law from the Contracting States to the EPC"
"Case Law from the Contracting States to the EPC" is a new special edition of the Official Journal. As successor to the European National Patent Decisions Report (1st edition, 2004), it contains summaries of interesting decisions handed down by the courts of the contracting states to the EPC between 2004 and 2011, providing a valuable overview of European national case law on substantive patent law issues in the three official languages of the EPO.
Since 1.1.2011 on, special editions are no longer included in the subscription to the Official Journal (see notice from the EPO in OJ EPO 2010, 647), "Case Law from the Contracting States to the EPC", which is scheduled for publication at the end of December 2011, can be purchased at a cost of EUR 53 from our Vienna sub-office or online at https://secure.epo.org/products/oj/index.en.php.
