Corrigendum, OJ EPO February 2014 (A22)

Owing to an error of transcription, the German version of Section I of the "Notice from the European Patent Office dated 8 January 2014 concerning European divisional applications - amendment of Rules 36, 38 and 135 EPC and Article 2(1) RFees" as published in the Official Journal (OJ EPO 2014, A22) was incorrect. The correct German version of Section I of said notice reads:

I. Erfordernisse für die Einreichung von Teilanmeldungen

Mit Inkrafttreten der Änderung kann jede anhängige europäische Anmeldung oder Euro-PCT-Anmeldung, die in die europäische Phase eingetreten ist oder für die ein wirksamer Antrag auf vorzeitige Bearbeitung gestellt wurde, geteilt werden, auch wenn die zwischen 1. April 2010 und 31. März 2014 geltenden Fristen bereits abgelaufen sind.

The correction has been already made in the HTML and PDF versions of the Official Journal, with an editorial note clearly indicating where it was made.
