Schedule of fees and expenses of the EPO (applicable as from 1 April 2016)
The fees schedule shown here comprises all the fees and expenses of the EPO in euro effective as from 1 April 2016.
It is based on the current version of the Rules relating to Fees which is hereafter reprinted in a version updated as for 1 April 2016.
It takes also into account the decision of the President of the EPO dated 13 December 2013 which remains unchanged in 2016 (and which is also reprinted) revising the Office's fees and expenses.
This schedule of fees contains also the fees for international applications for which the EPO acts as receiving Office, International Searching Authority or International Preliminary Examining Authority.
Applicants are nevertheless recommended to check for any more recent updates to the PCT schedule of fees by consulting the WIPO website (www.wipo.int/export/sites/www/pct/en/fees.pdf) or the EPO online services website – under interactive schedule of fees – (www.epoline.org/portal/portal/default/epoline.Scheduleoffees).
This schedule of fees replaces the previously published schedules.
