Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes
Supplementary publication 3, OJ EPO 20151
The President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to Articles 5(2) and 7(2) of the Rules relating to Fees,
Having regard to the decisions of the Administrative Council of 16 October 20132 and 13 December 20133 amending the Implementing Regulations to the European Patent Convention,
Has decided as follows:
1. The Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes are herewith revised in the texts annexed to this decision.4
2. The revised texts enter into force on 1 April 2015 and supersede those dated 1 April 2014 (supplementary publication – Official Journal EPO 4/2014).
