Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 14 July 2007 implementing Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees

The President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees,
Has decided as follows:
Article 1
The insignificant amount referred to in Article 12 of the Rules relating to Fees shall be fixed at EUR 10.
Article 2
This decision shall enter into force upon entry into force of the revised European Patent Convention in accordance with Article 8 of the Act revising the EPC, and shall replace the decision of 6 September 2001 (OJ EPO 2001, 521).
