New fee rates
The Swedish Patent and Registration Office (PRV) has informed us that some patent fees have been changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Sweden are advised that since 14 February 2018 the new rates below have applied:
1. Publication of a translation of the patent under Article 65 EPC:
Basic fee for publication of a translation of a European patent as granted, amended or limited by the EPO, or of a correction of a published translation: SEK 2 500
Fee for amendment of a translation not yet published by PRV of a European patent: SEK 900
