Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 20 August 2019 concerning revision of the Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes
The President of the European Patent Office,
Having regard to Articles 5(2) and 7(2) of the Rules relating to Fees, has decided as follows:
Article 1
The Arrangements for deposit accounts and their annexes are herewith revised in the texts annexed to this decision.1
Article 2
The revised texts enter into force on 1 October 2019.
They supersede the texts dated 1 December 2017 (supplementary publication 5, OJ EPO 2017) as amended by decisions of the President of the European Patent Office dated 19 February 2019 (OJ EPO 2019, A20) and 22 May 2019 (OJ EPO 2019, A46).
