New fee rates

The Hellenic Industrial Property Organisation (OBI) has informed us that Article 12 of Presidential Decree 77/19881 was changed by decision DS/03/A03/2023 of its Administrative Council. According to the updated list of fees, the fee for filing the translation of a European patent has increased from EUR 350 to EUR 400.

Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Greece are advised that as of 1 March 2023 the following fee for filing the translation of a European patent applies:
