New fee rates
The Danish Patent and Trademark Office has informed us that some patent fees were changed.1
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Denmark are advised that as of 1 July 2023 the following rates apply:
1. Publication and correction of translations of the European patent under Article 65 EPC: DKK 2 075
