Foreword
In view of the entry into force of the Unitary Patent system on 1 June 2023, several aspects of the post-grant proceedings before the EPO need to be adapted to accommodate the European patent with unitary effect.
A number of decisions and notices have been issued for this purpose. For the convenience of the EPO's users, they have been compiled in this supplementary publication and are presented together with guidance for the payment of fees, expenses and prices applicable to European patents with unitary effect.
