New fee rates
The European Patent Office was informed that by amendments1 in the fee-payment regulation, some patent fees of the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO) were changed.
Applicants for and proprietors of European patents with effect in Norway are advised that since 1 March 2024 the following rates apply:
1. Publication of translations of the patent under Article 65 EPC:
Special Fee: NOK 7150.
