ORDER
For these reasons, it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the European patent on the basis of the following documents:
description, page 2, submitted in the oral proceedings remaining description as granted; Claim 1 as granted with the insertion of the word "only" in line 47 before "the" and of the term "directly" behind "are" in line 51; Claims 2 to 6 and drawings as granted.
