For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance (Legal Division) with the order to delete the entry of Mr Lee, Sang Bong and Mr Yang, Yong Jin as co-applicants from the European Patent Register.
