For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the department of first instance with the order to maintain the patent on the basis of

with letter dated 24 June 2014;
- description: adapted columns 1 and 2 filed during the
oral proceedings and columns 3 to 10 of the patent as
granted; and
- figures 1a to 3 of the patent as granted.
