For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the examining division with the order to grant a patent on the basis of the following documents:
- Description and claims according to the text intended for grant submitted with the communication under Rule 71(3) EPC of 25 April 2025.
- Drawings: Figures 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B, 4, 5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D as contained on drawings pages 1/7 to 7/7 in the international publication WO 2022/171843 A1, published on 18 August 2022.
3. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is rejected.
