Entscheidungsformel
Aus diesen Gründen wird entschieden:
1. Die angefochtene Entscheidung wird aufgehoben.
2. Die Angelegenheit wird an die Einspruchsabteilung
zurückverwiesen mit der Anordnung das Patent in der
folgenden Fassung aufrecht zu erhalten:
- Ansprüche 1 bis 9 gemäß Hilfsantrag wie
eingereicht in der mündlichen Verhandlung vor der
Kammer,
- Beschreibung: Spalten 1, 2, 7 und 8 wie
eingereicht in der mündlichen Verhandlung vor der
Kammer, Spalten 3 und 4 wie eingereicht in der
mündlichen Verhandlung vor der Einspruchsabteilung
und Spalten 5 und 6 wie erteilt.

3. Es wird festgestellt, dass die Beschwerde der
