Instructions to candidates concerning the conduct of the examination
Having regard to Article 7(2) of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives (REE) as worded in the text dated 9 December 1993 (OJ EPO 1994, 7), the Examination Board has amended its instructions (OJ EPO 2000, 91), with effect from 1 February 2002, to read as follows:
Point 5.8
...
d) Should a candidate realise, before leaving the examination room, that he has forgotten to place part of his answer in the envelope, he should inform the invigilator immediately. The forgotten part should be placed in a separate envelope signed by the candidate, indicating his name as well as the date and time when the forgotten part was handed in.
