Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office
The end of March 2002 sees the publication of the revised and expanded fourth edition of "Case Law of the Boards of Appeal of the European Patent Office", the comprehensive report on EPO board of appeal decisions.
The report, updated to the end of December 2001, is to be issued in the three official languages of the EPO. The English, French and German versions each cost EUR 30 (plus postage and packing). If all three versions are purchased at the same time, the total price is reduced to EUR 70 (plus postage and packing). Orders should be sent to the sub-office in Vienna, which is responsible for the distribution of publications. The attached order form may be used for this purpose.
