Decisions of the President of the EPO
Decision of the President of the European Patent Office dated 16 April 2002 concerning the fees for enrolment for the European qualifying examination for professional representatives and the fee for appeals against decisions of the Examination Board or the Examination Secretariat
The President of the European Patent Office,
having regard to Article 19(1) of the Regulation on the European qualifying examination for professional representatives,
has decided as follows:
Article 1
Credit cards shall also be accepted in payment of fees for the European qualifying examination for professional representatives (Art. 10(5) and Art. 27(2) RE; points 12.1 and 12.2 of the Schedule of fees and costs).
Article 2
The EPO shall accept EUROCARD (MasterCard), VISA and JCB credit cards.
Article 3
This decision shall enter into force on 1 June 2002.
