11th edition of the "European Patent Convention"
The 11th revised edition of the "European Patent Convention" (effective as from 1 July 2002) will be available at the end of July. It contains the current texts of the Convention on the Grant of European Patents and its Implementing Regulations, the Protocol on Centralisation, the Protocol on Recognition, the Protocol on Privileges and Immunities and the Rules relating to Fees. Moreover, it encompasses an index of published decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal (Annex I), the legal advice of the EPO in brief (Annex II) and an alphabetical keyword index.
