Notice from the Vice-President Directorate-General 3 dated 3 July 2002 concerning the publication of decisions of the boards of appeal of the European Patent Office
1. All decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal and the boards of appeal of the European Patent Office are published, in the language of the proceedings and, if they appear in the Official Journal of the European Patent Office, in a translation in the other two official languages,
(a) on the Internet (www.european-patent-office.org),
(b) on the Espace-Legal CD-ROM (updated twice a year, available from the Vienna sub-office of the European Patent Office).
2. The following are published in the Official Journal of the European Patent Office (in the language of the proceedings and in a translation in the other two official languages):
(a) the decisions of the Enlarged Board of Appeal;
(b) individual decisions of the boards of appeal on the initiative of the board concerned.
