Decision of the Presidium of the Boards of Appeal dated 15 July 2002 concerning the transfer of functions to the Registrars of the Boards of Appeal
Decision on amendments
The Presidium,
in accordance with Rule 10, paragraph 1, of the Implementing Regulations to the European Patent Convention,
having regard to Article 5, paragraph 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the Boards of Appeal,
hereby decides the following amendment to the decision of the Presidential Council of the Boards of Appeal dated 31 May 1985 concerning the transfer of functions to the Registrars of the Boards of Appeal:
Article 2, paragraph 19, is cancelled.
