New service for users calling formalities officers
From 1 May 2010, calls to EPO formalities officers can be redirected to the User Support team if the person called is unavailable.
Recorded instructions will explain how to use this new service. If you have your call redirected in this way, your query will be registered and passed on to the person or department best placed to ensure that it is dealt with as quickly as possible.
