    39 The date on which ratification or accession took effect is indicated for each state.

    40 In accordance with Article 10 of the Agreement, this Agreement will enter into force on the first day of the third month following the deposit of the instrument of ratification by the last of the twelve states to take this step.

    The Agreement has so far been ratified by DE, DK, FR, GB, GR, LU and NL.
