ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to maintain the patent with the following claims and a description to be adapted:
- claims 1 to 15 for the Contracting States: AT, BE, CH, LI, DE, DK, FR, GB, IT, LU, NL, SE.
- claims 1 to 15 for the Contracting States: ES, GR
filed at the oral proceedings of 30 September 2004 as "revised new auxiliary request No. 2".
