ORDER
For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The case is remitted to the first instance with the order to grant a patent in the following version:
- claims 1 to 7 submitted in the oral proceedings;
- description, pages 2 and 2a submitted in the oral proceedings and pages 1 and 3 to 6 as published;
- drawings, sheets 1/2 and 2/2 submitted in the oral proceedings.
3. The request for reimbursement of the appeal fee is refused.
