For these reasons it is decided that:
1. The decision under appeal is set aside.
2. The request for correction under Rule 139 EPC of claim 7 of the originally filed application in accordance with the version submitted during oral proceedings before the Board is allowed.
3. The case is remitted to the examining division for further prosecution on the basis of claim 1 submitted during the oral proceedings before the Board.
